Undermining the 340B Program: AHA Express' Concern about Drug Companies' Actions

The American Hospital Association (AHA) has just released letters to five leading U.S drug companies. Turns out, these companies may have been taking action to limit distribution of certain 340B drugs to hospitals and health systems.
All in the midst of a global pandemic.
The AHA has prompted these companies to "cease this conduct immediately" and states "this has further demonstrated the fractured, inadequate state of the prescription drug supply chain."
